Yuki Hana Fusion Sushi

Growing up in Central Florida I've been to many places within the Greater Orlando, and yet I am still able to discover new places to eat. Last week, my boyfriend Eric and I were just driving around Orlando running errands till we got hungry and I just pulled up Yelp and searched for a place to eat. I love Japanese food and I just couldn't pass up trying out the sushi at a new restaurant.

We ended up at Yuki Hana Fusion Sushi after seeing all the great reviews it got and how close it was to where we were. Honestly, I only planned on ordering a couple rolls of sushi but after seeing how vast the menu was, we just had to order a whole three course meal. We ordered the salmon tartare and octopus for our appetizers, for our entrees Eric ordered the shrimp yaki soba and I got the ninja and spicy tuna sushi rolls, and the tempura ice cream for dessert. My favorite out of our choices were the salmon tartare and the shrimp yaki soba.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is dark and chic, yet cozy at the same time. The menu introduces you to the chef of the restaurant and it just makes you feel like you're personal friends with him. It is definitely a place I want to visit again and explore more of the menu. Located in Oviedo, it's not too far from the university I attend, so travel is not a deterrent for this delicious restaurant.
