Birthdays are one of my favorite celebrations, and this past Monday, was the birthday of my best friend and along with the happiness of that, I got to even try a new restaurant that I have been wanting to try for a long time. My best friend Kathy, turned twenty-one (exactly two months before mine) and we went to eat at Seasons 52. This restaurant specifically changes their menu every week of the year, so every time you visit, you'll always have something new to try on their menu.
I am not going to lie to you guys, I was a bad blogger this night, but I am sure you can forgive me because I was celebrating my best friend's birthday. I was only able to get a photo of my main entree to share with you guys. My meal included an appetizer of tuna tartare, which had raw tuna and avocado layered into a small round and a basket of their own salt & pepper chips to dip into the tuna. My main dish was the lamb rack, which came with three pieces of tender lamb cooked to your own taste, medium for me. The dessert was my favorite, and definitely what I wish I could have taken a photo of. It was Seasons 52's own version of a birthday cake which was an assortment of different dessert shots on a rack in the shape of what would look like, a cake.
It was a really fun night and I now cannot wait for my own birthday in two months, and to come back to Seasons 52 and see what other menus they have in store. Till next time.
